ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Quota grid present available capacity but at the moment of scheduling an activity by the Book (create) activity screen, there is not availability.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add 4 different Capacity Categories: A, B, C D, to one capacity area.
2. Add one resource with skills qualifying for capacity categories A and B, with adequate work schedule.
3. Add 1 four hours duration activity with skills qualifying for capacity categories C and D, with time slot 9-13 to the bucket.
4. The Available Capacity screen will present 1 resource available for Capacity Categories A and B, and capacity consumed in the morning for the Capacity Categories C and D.
5. Open the Book an activity screen and add the values corresponding to the Capacity Category A.
6. In the next screen (schedule activity) the time slots are presented, however the time slot 9-3 is shown as busy, and only the time slot in the afternoon is presented available. As a conclusion, OFS is presenting as used a capacity category that is actually available.

BUSINESS IMPACT

OFS does not allow to book activities in available time slots.
