Symptoms

When attempting to create a Commitment Funding Template the following alert occurs:

ERROR

"Error Code: <company shortname>-<unique error code> An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code <company shortname>-<same unique error code>."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the environment as the user.
2. Go to the project.
3. Navigate to Commitment-Level Funding Sheet and select the Create Structure button.
4. Select the Commitment-Level Funding Sheet Template record and Save.
5. Notice nothing is created in the Commitment-Level Funding Sheet, but the Create Structure button changes to Update Structure.
6. Create a Contract record and Approve it.
7. Navigate back to the approved contract record, open it, and select the Funding option from the more options dropdown.
8. System asks "Commitment Funding Sheet has not been created. Do you want to create the sheet? select yes. 
9. Observe the error message.
