Symptoms

On new Standard Type commerce process , action_id_open shows as -1

Navigation Steps:

  1. Log into CPQ > Admin
  2. Click on Process Definition
  3. Choose the Commerce process and choose 'Integrations' from dropdown > List
  4. On the bottom right corner of the page, click on View Parameters.
  5. action_id_open="-1";
