ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Stock ledger initialization batch populates only for the first week of the month but not for the current opening week.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Stock ledger initialization batch populates the current opening week.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Align vdate and system variables
2. Execute the batch CONV_SL_INIT_PROCESS_ADHOC
3. Validate the week data table.
