Back/Return Button Not Returning To Form & Plugin Screen

Symptoms
On : 24.A.06 version, Configuration
Back/Return button does not return to the Forms & Plugins configuration screen.
When clicking on the Back/Return button the user is either taken to an incorrect screen (such as dispatch console) or taken to an unresponsive screen.
Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Configuration > Forms & Plugins
2. Check for the "# Items Configured" where the # will display the number of User Types that has the form/plugin configured
3. Click on the number
4. A list of configured User Type Contexts/Areas where the form/plugin was configured is displayed
5. Expand the Context/Area and click on the "Button" link.
6. The Screen where the form/plugin is configured is shown where you can edit it.
7. Click the "Back" button labels
8. Upon clicking the button user is not taken back to the Forms & Plugin Screen configuration
