On : 24.B.11 version, My Route
When there are activities with a finish-to-start link relationship, and you select the activity that is second in the link relationship, there is a warning on the activity details page that you cannot start the activity because the predecessor is not complete - however, it would still let you start the activity.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps to Reproduce (first example):
1) Create 2 activities with a finish to start link relationship
2) Assign both activities to the technicians non-ordered bucket
3) Select the 2nd activity in the relationship
Expected Result: Linked Activities section on Activity details provides warning and blocks selecting "start" button
Actual Result: Linked Activities section on Activity details provides warning and DOES NOT block them from selecting "start" button
Steps to Reproduce (second example):
1) Create 2 activities with a finish to start link relationship
2) Assign both activities to the technicians ordered schedule in the correct sequence
3) Start the first activity in the link
4) Suspend the first activity in the link
5) Select the 2nd activity in the relationship

Due to this issue, techs are starting activities out of sequence impacting integrations back to work management system.
