ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Inactive sites are shown in the Bill-to-Site LOV.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Inactive sites to not be shown in the Bill-to-Site LOV.



STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open the Bill-to-Site LOV and notice the inactive sites still showing.
