Goal
On : 24.1 version, OAS
We will have a version migration from Oracle Retail v14 to the Cloud version on a client. As it is a project separated into phases (each phase corresponds to a brand controlled by the client), there will be a moment where the operation will occur in both the on-premise version and the Cloud version.
During this moment in the project, the client wants to view data from both the on-premise version and the Cloud version in the same report. Currently the reporting solution used by the customer is MicroStrategy.
We would like to know if there is any way to connect the current solution (MicroStrategy) to Retail Insights Cloud to meet this specific customer demand.
If not, is there any recommendation to overcome this case in a palliative way?
