When Attempting to Create a New Custom Print, the Job Never Completes but There Are No Errors (Doc ID 3038136.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a custom print of a Business Process (BP) record, the report window will open, and the job will begin, but the processing eventually stops and no custom print is displayed. There are no errors displayed on the user interface.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The custom print of the BP record displays a blank page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the custom print results of the BP record to be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Project/Shell > Business Process > Select a BP Record.
  2. Click the gear icon of any record > Select Print > Custom print
  3. Form opens and seems to begin processing, but the form remains blank and the print is not completed.
  4. No error is displayed.
