Account Assessment Not Showing All Questions In UI (Doc ID 3038383.1)

Goal

We have an assessment with 22 questions, only 20 questions are shown in UI, the remaning 2 are not showing. When we analyzed Account data, we noticed there were some user who were able to complete the assessment for 22 questions, (after 20th question they got "show more" options). This option is not visible now.
Could you please let us know why "show more" option is no more available in assessment ?
