On :  11.13.24.04.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When creating a new version of a contract, some times the dateTimeStamp of creationDate gets updated and other times it oulls the same date from the previous contract version.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Each contract version has to have its own Creation Date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Contract (or create one with signature required so it can be in Pending signature status)
2. Click Actions > Create New version > Save > Submit for approval
3. Check on REST API the Creation date.
4. Go to the same contract in pending signature now in Version 2 > Actions > Create new version > Save Submit
5. Check on REST API the creation date and you'll see this Version 3 of the contract has the same creation date of Version 2.
