Symptoms

Customer reports manually closed deal not updating the DEAL_ITEM_LOC_EXPLODE/FUTURE_COST table correctly with a locked error, however they report there is no users locking the data at this time.

Error reported may be as follows:

This record on table FUTURE_COST with key values cost change event id: ------- was locked by another user. Unable to update record at this time
