When attempting to import ITEM_UDA data via the Initial Foundation Data File Import batch, the IDL-ITEMUDA-* files are rejected and the following error occurs in the IDL LOG.

1. Load the file to SIOCS FTS/Imports
2. Run the Initial Foundation Data File Import batch job

The batch job completes loading data into IDLS_ITEM_UDA. However records fail to insert into ITEM_UDA table.
