Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agent Error: "Could not read credential" (Doc ID 3039115.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

An agent shows a status of Agent Failed in the Preview pane in Agent Management.

When viewing the Agents report, or clicking the link on the Agent Failed status, the following error is shown:

Global Error: [nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Error during query processing (SQLDriverConnectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
