"Import Chart of Accounts Mapping Segment Rules" Job Fails When Mapping Method is in Japanese (Doc ID 3039166.1)

After setting Default Language to Japanese, then download a Chart of Accounts Mappings rules from "Manage Chart of Accounts Mappings" task, "Mapping Method" in ChartofAccountsMappingRulesImportTemplate.xlsm will be set to Japanese.

When trying to import this template, "Import Chart of Accounts Mapping Segment Rules" fails with the following error because "Mapping Method" is in Japanese

6. Generate a CSV zip file

7. Upload the CSV zip file

(N)"Manage Chart of Accounts Mappings" task > [Actions] > [Upload Rules]

8. Run "Import Chart of Accounts Mapping Segment Rules" job to import the CSV zip file

(N)"Manage Chart of Accounts Mappings" task > [Actions] > [Import Rules]

9. "Import Chart of Accounts Mapping Segment Rules" job fails with the error
