Error in Conflict Checking screen
Conflict checking screen can be opened in any of the 3 forms:
- from the Yes link in the Clearance Results search screen.
- from the attention triangle icon next to the Clearance description in the Manage Clearance screen.
- from the exclamation mark icons next to the clearance item or locations.
ERROR

The first 2 methods on that list are raising an error: @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2RPM_CONFLICT_DETAILS_SQL.UPDATE_DESC
Only the 3rd method works.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Create a clearance that is supposed to raise conflicts.
2.) Try to approve the clearance.
3.) Try to check the conflicts by clicking the "Yes" link in the clearance search screen. Confirm it throws error.
4.) Try to check the conflicts by clicking the yellow triangle icon in Manage Clearance screen. Confirm it throws error.
5.) Try to check the conflicts by clicking the red exclamation marks in the Manage Clearance screen. Confirm it works fine.
