Applies to:

Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 24.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 24.0 version, Reports

EICS Report Transfer receiving report was giving incorrect status on out of stock for items.

Issue: The EICS Transfer Receiving Report is always displaying OUT OF STOCK column as YES for Items even if the items are having SOH initially before receiving.

Proposed Solution : As this business makes no distinction between stock room and shop floor as far as stock on hand, it was suggested to enable parameter "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive" as YES.

Clarification : Business wants to get confirmation if they enable the parameter what impact it would have after receiving to RMS? Will there be any difference posted to RMS if you receive WH to ST, ST 2 ST, DSD receiving after enabling "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive".
