ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user tries to change the ITEM_SUPPLIER.VPN using the Item Induction template ,ITEM_LOC_SOH.AV_COST is getting updated to ITEM_LOC_SOH.UNIT_COST
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have approved item with one supplier/country.
2. Make sure ITEM_LOC_SOH.AV_COST should be different from UNIT_COST
3. Use item induction to make any update to the ITEM_SUPPLIER (Ex:VPN) and ITEM_MASTER (Ex:Item Description)
4. Ensure that the change is successfully processed into ITEM_SUPPLIER and ITEM_MASTER tables
5. Note that average cost is updated = unit cost
