24C : PRC : POZ - Editing Contact Clears The Contact Form And Causes The Flow To Freeze In Next Generation Supplier Registration (Doc ID 3040002.1)

Symptoms

After 24C update, when supplier users enter contact information in the Redwood next generation supplier self-service registration, they navigate to other pages to complete their registration. If they return to the Contacts page, they cannot navigate out of the page to continue or submit the registration.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Redwood Next Generation external Supplier registration page
2. In company details page stop, enter required data
3. Move to contacts stop, fill in required data
4. Move to addresses stop, fill in required data
5. Move to Contacts stop again and do some edits, now move to addresses stop
6.At this point, we will notice that we are still on contacts stop, which has cleared the contact form that was filled and also the flow freezes.
