PUB_FULL_OBJECTS_IND is configured to be Y on the PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS table.

Missing POFulRep RIB message from RIB-RMS Order Publisher for changes to ORDSKU_CFA_EXT with PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS.PUB_FULL_OBJECTS_IND=Y. PODtlMod RIB message is the only RIB message sent when making changes to ORDSKU_CFA_EXT.
