Sometimes, the "View" link (next to the “Positive Pay File Created YES” field) is greyed out as shown in the following image.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Payment File.

2. Positive Pay File Created is set to Yes.

3. View link is greyed out.

What are the steps to view a newly created Positive Pay File?
