Goal

Date Filter not working properly in CS Cases Canned Report

Login to Application
Click on Admin Console
Page opens, Choose Reports for Download
Search for FCC_CANNED_CS_CASES_REPORT, click on Filter, choose Creation Date, under Condition choose '=', under type choose Static and choose the date
Click on '+' filter condition will be added, validate the condition and apply,
Data should be displayed

Steps for FCC_CANNED_CS_REALTIME_MATCH_REPORT
Login to Application
Click on Admin Console
Page opens, Choose Reports for Download
Search for FCC_CANNED_CS_REALTIME_MATCH_REPORT, click on Filter, choose Requested Date, under Condition choose '=', under type choose Static and choose the date
Click on '+' filter condition will be added, validate the condition and apply,
Data should be displayed
