EICS - Severe System Error In Ticket List Screen (Doc ID 3040175.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.0 version, Inventory Management

There is an error on the Ticket List screen on EICS showing a message in the top right corner and not showing any data within the screen.

The error relates to certain records in the TICKET table in the database, as whenever the search criteria in the screen exclude them, the data is shown and the error message isn't. The common factor between those records is that they are all Styles and not SKUs.

ERROR

A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tasks > Inventory Management > Ticket;
2. Click search without criteria to see full list of tickets;
3. The list doesn't load, the error message is displayed in the pop-up on the top right of the screen.
4. Click on search, and one or more criteria that would filter out the items as mentioned earlier, click search;
5. The list appears.
