Goal

Modify itemLoc mnt Header for Immediate Processing

Is there any way or config settings on the MFCS/XOCS side where we can modify the itemLoc mnt header by adding the following attributes: apply_immediately="true" download_time="IMMEDIATE" before deploying them into XOCS and stores ?
