ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Primary Phone Area Code not available when creating Leads in Redwood UI. When the user selects the Contact Name, default shows Phone Country Code and Phone Number. When attempting to expose Area Code, it shows blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see the Area Code when creating the lead
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Duplicate Create Layout, expose Primary Phone Area Code
2. Navigate to Redwood > Leads > Create New Lead
3. Select a contact that has phone number.
4. When picking Existent Contact, the Phone is populated. However, the Area Code shows blank
