Symptoms
Not able to Issue out the material using "Miscellaneous Issue" transaction even though On-hand is showing the available quantity in "manage Item Quantities" Form
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion SCM Instance
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution ==> inventory
3. Set the Organization = <Organization Code>
4. Create Miscellaneous Issue Transaction with the <Item> and <SubInventory>
Available and Onhand Quantity showing as 0 after selecting the SubInventory = <SubInventory Name> for the Item = <Item Number> in Miscellaneous Issue Transaction
