Error "A Global calendar should not have a base calendar!" When Attempting to Import a Project in P6 Professional (Doc ID 3041784.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export a project from one schema (database) and import it to another, the import is failing with the following error found in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6WebAccess.html file:

ERROR

SEVERE: A Global calendar should not have a base calendar!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Use P6 Professional to Import XML.
2. Observe the job fails with the reported error.
