Symptoms
Create Requisition
Responsive Self-Service Error on Punchout catalog Requests
Transitioning from Classic SSP to Responsive SSP. Our vendor punchout that is working in the Classic SSP application.
The Issue is that the punchout is not working on the Responsive SSP side. When the punchout request is submitted and return to the Oracle screen, we are seeing an error regarding the item.
ERROR

Error: "The Attribute SupplierItemNumber must not contain a value because NewSupplierFlag is set to Y and the a value for SupplierId or Supplier is missing (POR-2010881)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the RSSP punchout
2. Process an item from a valide BPA
3. Punchout to punchout
4. Upon returning to application error is showing
The Attribute SupplierItemNumber must not contain a value because NewSupplierFlag is set to Y and the a value for SupplierId or Supplier is missing (POR-2010881)"
