Capacity Usage Record is not Reflecting the Correct Capacity Limits When Entering Consecutive Records
(Doc ID 3041962.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 27, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 24.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When entering consecutive Capacity Limit records, the second set of capacity limit numbers are not getting saved with the correct numbers - the prior numbers entered for the limits are used instead.
STEPS TO RECREATE THE ISSUE
1. Capacity Limit 1 (CL1) is created under Capacity group 1(CG1), for an equipment type (EQ1) & lane (XL1) for a single week (WK1).
The limit is set as 20, and the Capacity usage (CU1) created by OTM correctly reflects the limit as 20 for the week.
2. Now Capacity limit 2(CL2) is created under Capacity group 2(CG2), for the same equipment type (EQ1) & lane (XL1) and week (WK1).
The limit is set as 25 and saved for each week
3. Re querying the Capacity Limit 2 setup - the limits reflect 20 (the first numbers) instead of the 25 entered
