UTC.GET_LOCAL_DATE SQL Function Does Not Work After ATP Migration in OTM/GTM (Doc ID 3042303.1)

Symptoms

Post ATP Upgrade, OTM or GTM customer is facing performance issue on BIP report where the SQL function utc.get_local_date is being used. It is leading to TimeOut error for those reports.

If the function is removed and replaced by adjustable syntax then it is working without any performance issue.
