On : Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service 24A version, OFSC Integration
OFS When exchanging Water register it's detaching the endpoint from the reg. but not reinstalling
Problem: When we complete a field activity in OFSC on a register exchange it is detaching the endpoint from the old register in CCS but it is not reinstalling the endpoint on the new register.
From what we've observed, the last time that this successfully worked was on X/XX/2024 at 18:21.
