OTM Agent With Custom Event on SHIPMENT Table for FIRST_EQUIPMENT_GROUP_GID Column NOT Getting Triggered (Doc ID 3043661.1)

Symptoms

OTM customer has had an agent in place for some time. The agent is triggered by a custom event that happens when the FIRST_EQUIPMENT_GROUP on a SHIPMENT is updated/modified. It was being done through Actual Shipment inbound integration process.

Post 24.C (24.3) quarterly upgrade, it has been found that the Agent is not being executed anymore as the custom event is not getting triggered.
