Symptoms
When attempting to publish changes to an FA extension, the following error occurs in the package build log:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FA
2. Navigate to menu option "Edit Page in Visual Builder"
3. Make some changes and publish the extension
4. Notice errors in the package build job.
