Apply Job Fails With 'Gateway Not Found" Error In WCS On MP Stack (Doc ID 3044232.1)

Symptoms

When creating WebCenter Sites on OCI marketplace (WCS on MP) environment, the Apply job in the configured Resource Manager stack fails with the following error

 

Changes

The issue occurs when using an exsiting Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) for the stack.
(The issue does not occur if creating a new VCN for the stack.)
