Multiple System Error Messages After Logging in, Clicking on BP Logs, and Accessing Company Sponsored Shells After Upgrading to 24.8 (Doc ID 3044416.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 24.8, when users first log in to either Stage or Production, they receive the first error referenced below. Clicking on OK and navigating to another Business Process (BP) will result in the second error below. Navigating to Company Sponsored Shells > Projects produces the third error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Portal page.
  2. Click on Unifier and get ERROR 1.
  3. Click on OK, then navigate to other BPs within the shell and receive ERROR 2.
  4. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Company Sponsored Shells > Projects and receive ERROR 3.
