Periodic Statutory Deduction Register (PSDR) Report For Base Amount Has A Discrepancy Found In Summary Mode Output.
Summary report is showing incorrect amount and when reviewing detail report the totals are correct but summary report does not match.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. To generate the report, submit the Run Periodic Statutory Deduction Register on the Submit a Flow page. Use Submit a Flow in Payroll in My Client Groups on your Home page.

2. Select the scope of this report. Select Detail to generate a report that includes details of deductions listed for each employee. Then, select Summary.

3. Compare results and see they do not match.
