ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Submit" button on "En route" screen context is greyed out intermittently when user is offline

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Submit" button on "En route" screen context should be available even when user is offline

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFS installed app (Android or iOS)
2. Put the device on airplane mode (i.e. offline)
3. Activate tech's route if not yet done
4. Go to the first activity on his queue
5. Click on "En route"
6. Check that at times, the "Submit" button is greyed out

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot "En route" an activity when offline (intermittent behavior). A great deal of work (at least 30%) is done on areas without coverage, so it is paramount that the application works seamlessly even when offline.
