Symptoms
On : 24.0 version, Shipping and Receiving
In SOCS, when user is creating a transfer request and scanning an item. Item is not reflecting in the request after scanning for the first time, if the same item is scanned again, it is reflecting 2 units.
Steps To Reproduce:
Prerequisite : Item should be Active in sending location and Discontinued in receiving location.
1. Create a store to store transfer request.
2. Scan an item to add in the request, quantity is not added.
3. Scan the same item again and observe that 2 units are added.
