Goal

Can you please tell us if the following implementations are possible by using DeepLink (action link) feature of Reports and Analytics (OTBI) in CX Cloud ?

Current status
・We can use "DeepLink (Action Link)" and click "Customer Number" to transition to the "Customer" edit page.

Implementation (Assumed)
- By using "DeepLink (Action Link)", clicking on "Customer Number" will transition to the "Opportunity" creation page associated with the customer.
