Symptoms

When Learning Specialist is attempting to add an activity in an Offering, the following error occurs:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #{n}


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Offerings
  2. Select an Offering and go to the Activities tab.
  3. Click Add Activity
  4. Error appear.
