Goal

All versions of Config Tools will not open. For example, tried to open Versions 19.0.019 and 24.1.301. This is being opened from the .bat file and the command line just appears to get stuck at plugins, no error is written at the command line. The Oracle Predictive Application Server Config Tools Window opens but it is a blank white screen.

There have not been any operating system updates or java updates since this last worked yesterday.
