ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Redwood Talent Profile shows Old Job . In case of transfer employees the redwood talent profile shows old job

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New Job should be available on the Redwood Talent Profile page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify employee's Job title on Talent Profile page
2. Transfer the employee
3. Observe that the Talent Profile page is showing old title itself

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to view correct titles on Skill and Qualifications page
