CX Sales To Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration Sub Window Error - Frame Opens With Error Message 'login.oci.oraclecloud.com refused to connect' (Doc ID 3046429.1)

Symptoms

CX Sales to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration sub window error.

Just finished the setup of CX Sales to Oracle CPQ Cloud with SSO(SAML).
When click the Create Quote button on the Quotes and Order tab in an Opportunity, it always shows the error "Connection refused"



ERROR
-----------------------
"Connection refused by login-<podname>.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com" or

"login.oci.oraclecloud.com refused to connect"

appears in the frame




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

CX Sales > Navigator > Sales > Opportunities > Edit Opportunity > Quotes and Orders subtab >
open any quote record (if existing rows) or click on Create Quote button >
frame opens with error message
login.oci.oraclecloud.com refused to connect
