Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Error: "The call to the learnerLearningRecords service failed" When Editing Business Rules in Visual Builder Studio (Doc ID 3046749.1)

Symptoms

When a Redwood page is customized in Visual Builder Studio, the "Business Rules" section is inaccessible with the following error: 

The call to the learnerLearningRecords service failed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Me -> Learning -> Actions -> Request Noncatalog Learning
  2. Click on the profile icon/initials -> Edit page in Visual Builder Studio.
  3. Select an existing project or create a new one -> Business Rules : Configure Fields and Regions
  4. Error message displays: "The call to the learnerLearningRecords service failed"

Changes

 The default values for the CORS_ACCESS_CONTROL_ALLOW_HEADERS profile option have been replaced by module specific values.
