On : 19.3 version, Merch - Foundation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCOSTUPLD and FCOSTPROCESS are processing successfully but changes are not reflecting in base table wf_cost_relationship and future_cost,

Details are provided below,

select * from SVC_WF_COST_TMPL_UPLD_THEAD where PROCESS_ID = 70015
select * from SVC_WF_COST_TMPL_UPLD_TDETL where PROCESS_ID = 70015
select * from SVC_WF_COST_TMPL_UPLD_STATUS where PROCESS_ID = 70015



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Created a multiple relationship with different dates.
Step 2: Created a file to update the start_date and end_date of the one of the template and processes the file and run the batch for creating fcostmpupld
