FA: SCM: INV "The value provided for the Subinventory attribute is invalid." Error Is Displayed When Using Edit Multiple Option In "Item Transaction Defaults" Redwood Page

Symptoms
Below error is displayed when using Edit Multiple option in "Item Transaction Defaults" redwood page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Item with below Inventory Specifications
Item Code = Test 2
Restrict Subinventory = Yes
Restrict Locators = Yes
Stock Locator Control = Previously Specified
2. Navigate to "Setup and Maintenance" ==> Search for task "Manage Item Transaction Defaults"
3. Set the Inventory Organization Context
4. Create New Record with below details
Item = <Test 2>
Default For = Recieving
SubInventory = SUB1
5. Save and Close
6. Go to Setup and Maintenance
7. Search for "Manage Subinventories and Locators"
8. Set the Organization Context
9. Select the SubInventory record
10. Click on Manage Item Subinventories
11. Create New Record with below details
Subinventory = SUB1
Item = <Test 2>
Save and Close
12. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution -> Inventory Management -> Tasks -> Configure Item Transaction Defaults
13. Enter the Item Number <Test 2> and click Enter
14. Select the Item and Click on Edit
15. Select the "SubInventory" <SUB2>
16. Click on "View Defaults"
it will show status error and error message : "The value provided for the Subinventory attribute is invalid."
OR
After step 13
14. Click on "Edit Multiple"
15 Download the Template
16. Update the "New SubInventory" in template and Save the changes
17. Drag and drop the file
18. Click on Action Status
it will show status error and error message : "The value provided for the Subinventory attribute is invalid."
In template file, Status Reason : The value provided for the Subinventory attribute is invalid. and it is not processed
