Symptoms
Error occurs when trying to update Supplier Contact information.
ERROR

"oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxx ] in PersonDEO"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario1
1. Edit the supplier
2. Go to Contact.
3. Edit the Contact and select the Create User account and click Ok.
4. It triggers the error.
Scenario 2
1. Edit the Supplier
2. Go to Contact
3. Create new contact and provide details even without user account click on Save after providing details, error encountered.
