Symptoms
When attempting to activate insight by running the scheduled process, the following error occurs.
Customer was following the documentation about 'Enable Sales insights'

Record Facts Using Signal Job STATUS: ERROR
Couldn't find any active insight definitions to execute.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Navigator > Tools > Scheduled Processes.
2. On the Scheduled Processes Overview page, click Schedule New Process.
3. Search for Generate Sales Insight Facts Using Signals
4. Process ends in error above
