On : 24.0 version, Shipping and Receiving

PROD:MFCS V19 - Randomly double-processing transactions published over RICS from SIOCS V24
MFCS V19 has started intermittently double-processing various transactions coming over from SIOCS, while SIOCS only performed the activity once. This has resulted in over 119 RMS/SIOCS inventory out of balance issues currently, which had to be researched and manually corrected.

The MFCS development team have requested the SIOCS team check this duplication issue has not stemmed from the SIOCS side.
