Symptoms

Duplicate receipts data in RDE extracts.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Run the RTLUASDE_W_RTL_INVRC_IT_LC_DY_FS_JOB in the RDE schedule
2. The file produced, W_RTL_INVRC_IT_LC_DY_FS.dat, will contain duplicate records.
